Acquiring a Candidate or an application for a selected offer

You can respond directly to the job offer you are interested in. We place them regularly on our website.

Selection of applications

In response to the needs of our client, we select the candidates submitted for guidelines related to the profile of the Candidate.

Phone call

If your application meets the needs of our Client, we will provide you with basic information about the job offer by phone. If, after receiving the information, you are interested in the offer, we will make an appointment with you for the next stage.

An invitation to meet the Recruiter

During the meeting we will get to know you better, your experience and skills as well as provide detailed information about the proposed position. The interview can be held face to face, using Skype or telephone. If you meet the requirements of our client, we will present your candidacy.

Meeting with the Client

The stages of recruitment directly at the Client’s premises depend on the internal recruitment procedures. Most often they are 2-3 individual meetings or group sessions, checking your skills and commitment related to taking up a given position.
