As part of the service, we use the extensive experience of our recruiters, who have the opportunity to exploit in many companies and continuously develop their competencies in the field of recruitment. Direct Search

We use a number of methods that are part of direct search, which we tailor to the specific requirements of our customers. Thanks to them, we are able to recommend precisely matched candidates for a given position.


We use traditional Headhunting, which means that we will silently reach out to people who perform certain functions that are expected by customers.

Competency and Behavioral Interviews

Each time we select questions in such a way as to obtain from the Candidates as much information as possible, which is relevant for the job offer. We verify both soft and hard skills.

Language and business tests

At the Client’s request, we apply business tests (e.g. IML72, MBTI, DISC) appropriately selected for the recruitment project, taking into account the Client’s preferences and requirements.

Assessment Center

At the Client’s request, we conduct sessions that allow for a multidimensional assessment of Candidates’ competences. We use both individual tasks (e.g. case study, in-basket) and group tasks (e.g. discussions, presentations, simulations, tasks requiring cooperation and choosing a leader).

Reference check

It allows us to recommend Candidates who best meet the requirements of a given position and have proven themselves in the previous place of employment.
