Smart Recruitment was established in 2015. The brand creator and headhunting expert Sylwia Kłyczek created the concept of a recruitment boutique based on a qualitative approach to the recruitment process. Our domain is expert and managerial recruitment and C-level recruitment. We work with manufacturing and trading companies from Poland and the EU, our clients are also based in Turkey and the USA.

Our greatest strength is the business experience of our consultants, which is reflected in their understanding of  clients’ needs, their approach to solving problems and presenting the most suitable Candidates.

We have mastered the recruitment process to the point of mastery, from the very beginning we work according to our proprietary SMART method.
