She specializes in managerial recruitment for manufacturing companies, especially in HR and Finance. Certified Consultant of the targeted selection method based on behavioural interview. Graduate of the Postgraduate Studies “Modern Human Resources Management” at the University of Economics in Wrocław. Experienced trainer of methods of selection and recruitment of employees.

Psychologist by education, statistician by passion. She has been involved in recruitment for several years. She started her adventure in this area by examining managerial and leadership competences in internal (promotions, reclassifications) and external processes.
