Graduate of the Postgraduate Studies “Modern Human Resources Management” at the University of Economics in Wrocław. Experienced trainer of methods of selection and recruitment of employees.

Associated with the HR industry since her studies. Her Master’s thesis on labor market trends was awarded by the Minister of Labour and Social Policy. She acquired her HR competencies while working at an HR-tech startup in Wrocław, where she worked closely with managers and employees to effectively launch employee suggestion systems. She has extensive experience in both customer and employee experience, which she translates directly into recruitment language. She makes sure that interviews take place in a pleasant atmosphere. She loves to recruit for positions related to e-commerce, marketing, and IT.

Patrycja is constantly developing her competencies, in addition to her Master’s degree at the University of Economics, she completed postgraduate User Experience Design studies and started Social Psychology studies at the SWPS.
